Our
Vibration Trainer is designed to produce therapeutic movement and vibrations
from the feet up through your entire body.
Oscillation motion is now thought to be the safest and most effective technique
by doctors and physiotherapists.
The key difference between oscillation vibration and piston vibration is that
with piston vibration, both legs are simultaneously moving upwards or downwards,
but with oscillation vibration, one leg is moving up while the other is moving
downwards.
With oscillation vibration, the impact on the spine is greatly reduced because
the compression from the upwards pulse through one leg is balanced against
the decompression from the downwards pulse through the other leg.
As
quoted by Medical Professional Laurie Farrow: “When you initially jump
on the Flabelos it activates a reflexive pattern in the body, which is not
necessarily coordinated, it takes about a minute and a half to activate the
central nervous system, and then you will see all of a sudden synchronization
starts to occur, it actually gets into sync by involving large groups of muscles
by activating them, which is what the machine is all about.
As the Flabelos activates the muscle and increases the amount of muscle tissue,
you get a thing called increased serial sarcomeres, it increases the amount
of sarcomeres per fiber, that increases the amount of metabolism, so all throughout
the day it increases the burn, which is utilizing more energy and breaking
down more fat.
Part of the balancing theory whilst on the machine is that as you stretch
reflexively, this sends a signal to the spinal cord, through the motor neuron,
which sends it back down to the muscle fibres, and one motor neuron could
activate up to three thousand muscle fiber’s causing high activation
of muscle groups, which is really important.
It’s the activation of the muscle group which increases the circulation
to the lymphatics area, allowing the muscle to grow out, basically, which
increases the burn. I have 25,000 people going through my clinic’s a
year and certainly the results of the people using this and every one of my
clients who use the OTO Flabelos Machine in some way within the programme
are getting fantastic results”
